NOBU is back with a bang in Hong Kong, and is, believe it or not, offering an exceptional value free-flow brunch on Saturdays.
Starters include edamame, shishito peppers with den miso, umami chicken wings, and crispy okra with spicy ponzu. The menu features a variety of sushi and sashimi options as well as salmon and shrimp tacos. Additional seafood offerings include yellowtail jalapeno and scallop dry miso sashimi, alongside specialties like toro tartare with caviar.
For main courses, guests can choose two dishes such as rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce, black cod miso, sea bass tempura, and Nobu wagyu foie gras slider. Vegetarian dishes and salads like vegetable ceviche and baby spinach salad with yuzu dry miso are also available. Curated by Head Chef Jamie Draper, Melody’s brunch menu showcases big, bold flavors with a focus on grilled dishes from the Josper Grill. If you're looking for a delicious free-flow Italian brunch option, you've come to the right place. Cantina serves its non-stop brunch on weekends and is a perfect option for a family-friendly meal. Uma Nota has been serving us delicious Brazilian-Japanese inspired eats ever since it opened on trendy Peel Street in 2018. Their eponymous brunch is no different and features a huge array of starters and mains to share. Hidden away in the basement at the back of trendy bar Hugger Mugger, Chaiwala is our go-to spot for Indian food. The food menu includes a sharing appetizer plate and either a vegetarian or mutton Biryani per table. Diners can then choose their own roasted item from the Tandoori menu and one curry per person. A favorite from the Pirata Group, Honjo serves up tasty modern Japanese cuisine in a relaxed and cozy setting. Starters include edamame, spinach, and wagyu and are served family-style to the table. Next comes an impressive (unlimited!) assortment of sashimi, maki, nigiri, and oysters. Each guest can then choose one main, including chicken and Honjo tempura amongst others. A lovely and vibrant garden bar and eatery on Wan Chai's Ship Street, Ruam serves up casual Thai food and tasty cocktails and boasts a lush, expansive terrace that's perfect for long lunches. Zuma pairs an array of delicious Japanese dishes with fine champagne, in an ultra-sleek and elegant setting.
