Honbo

Honbo opened its first shop in 2017 in Wan Chai and has opened two more restaurants owing to its success in serving delicious, quality and honest burgers. They use the finest ingredients from the patty - all-American double-gold beef imported from Wisconsin to the lettuce (sustainably grown iceberg lettuce that is hand leafed in-house daily) to the specialty sauces.
