This unique playspace designed for kids aged 6-12 features a giant eggshell structure, climbing nets, slides and a tunnel - perfect for kids to let off some steam and energy while you wait for your flight. The Wonder Eggshell is located at the East Wing of the Departures zone, level 6.
Take a stroll around the Sky Garden
Fancy a breather? Then take a stroll around the beautiful Sky Garden, an open-air terrace adorned with metallic art pieces in the shape of bauhinia, goldfish, birds and butterflies. Located on the East Hall of Departures level 7.
These brand-new additions to Hong Kong International Airport's Terminal 1 will entertain the kids with interactive games and a makeshift softplay area where they can play to their heart's content. Find these 3 fun kid-friendly zones on Level 6 of Departures, close to gates 31, 41 and 62.
The Wonder themed zone is an ideal space for the whole family to relax and unwind in comfortable surroundings, with the addition of movies, virtual reality experiences and games. These four zones are located on Level 6 of departures, next to gates 2, 9, 36 and 46.
Just need a place to sit down and perhaps charge your phone or other electronic devices? The Recharge zone provides comfortable reclining chairs in a lush green setting. The five zones are located at Level 6 of departures, near gates 1, 6, 26, 45 and 66.

Hong Kong International Airport has aspired to cover all the bases in terms of ease, comfort and accessibility for travelers. There are 24-hour shower services available for travelers, a total of 33 nursing and baby changing rooms spread out across the airport, as well as accessible changing rooms for people with reduced mobility.
You can store luggage and baby strollers for free at the airport, or even rent a stroller for airport use in case you've left yours behind at home, click here for all the info.
