Hot off the press! Hong Kong’s beloved yellow Duck, absent from our shores for more than 10 years, is returning to Victoria Harbour very soon, and is bringing a friend!
The ducks will be arriving on June 10 at the Victoria Harbour – Central & Western District Promenade (Central Section), according to the Ducks’ agents, All Rights Reserved! The Rubber Duck was originally created by Dutch artist Florentijn Hoffman and has traveled to major cities across the world including Sydney and Sao Paolo. It was last seen in Hong Kong in 2013.
To commemorate this joyous event, exclusive memorabilia has been commissioned and will go on sale via their website on June 5. Alternatively, pick up your Double Duck goodies (book a reserved timeslot in advance) at the exhibition space!
In the meantime, follow the Ducks’ journey thanks to their newly created official Instagram page. Psst! It will be on TST-side this Father’s Day!
