Calling all fitness fans! After the huge success of the event earlier this year, HYROX is back in Hong Kong for round three this November from the 23 to 24, 2024 at AsiaWorld-Expo.

The fitness racing event originating in Germany and launched in 2017 quickly became one of the fastest-growing sports events in the world, with races in 11 countries and 33 cities worldwide.

Race Information:

HYROX is an indoor fitness racing event consisting of 8 different running & functional workout stations. Each participant runs 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times. The 8 functional workout stations are:

• SkiErg (1000m)
• Sled Push (50m)
• Sled Pull (50m)
• Burpee Broad Jump (80m)
• Rowing Machine (1000m)
• Farmers Carry (200m)
• Sandbag Lunges (100m)
• Wall Balls (75/100)
